Are you having trouble charging at a public charging point? First check the following:
1. Is the charging point not reserved by another customer? You can check the status of the charging point via the Blossom app by the color of the icon. If the icon is orange, the charging point is reserved. If there is a technical error, the icon will turn red. So choose a charging point with a green color.
2. Did you choose a free charging point and is charging still not working? Try inserting the charging cable properly (deeply) into the charging point again, and also check whether the type 2 cable is correctly inserted into the car.
3. If you are still unable to charge, please contact the owner of the charging station. You can find the contact details on each charging station.
