Are you having trouble activating a charging station? Try the following scenarios and hopefully your problem will be solved:

1/ Blossom strives to build the largest possible network of partners. Check in the Blossom app whether the charging station in question belongs to one of our partners and is therefore visible on our map. Our app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

2/ Do you have multiple charging cards? Please note that you use the same charging card when activating as when deactivating.

3/ Also watch out for metal objects or magnets near your charging card. These can cause malfunctions. If your charging card is in a wallet or card holder, always remove it for correct badging.

Have you checked all of these things and are you still unable to charge? Contact our support service and provide the following information: name, charging card number, start and stop time of the charging session and the location of the charging station.
