From 1 January 2025, Blossom carries out refunds in accordance with the Circular of the FPS Finance (2024/C/77). The refund rate is adjusted every quarter, based on the region in which the charging station is located.

How are the rates updated?
Blossom updates the rates every quarter, as soon as they are published by the FPS Finance. For more information, you can contact our customer service via the Blossom app.

When will I be refunded?
Refunds are always processed monthly, around the end of the month, for the charging sessions of the previous month.
