Registration for a Blossom account is always done based on an invitation email sent by your fleet manager. In this email you will find a link. By following this you will automatically enter the onboarding process.
When you follow the link in the email to complete the registration you will arrive at the following screen, there you click on ' Get started '
Then click here ' Continue '
In the next step you can choose to continue with your Apple or Google account if you wish. If you do not wish to do this and want to register with an e-mail address and password of your choice, complete the information in the boxes below.
This is not a login screen but a registration screen where you choose an existing private e-mail address and a new password.
Why do you ask to register with a private email address?
We ask this so that we can keep in touch with you even if you are no longer connected to your current employer, for example in the event of dismissal, retirement or a transfer to another employer. If we only have your business email address, it will be impossible to reach you once that address is no longer active. However, it is important to be able to determine what should happen to your home charger in such a situation.
If you have chosen a self-chosen email address and password, click on ' Continue ' again at the bottom.
An email will be sent to the email address you choose with a link to validate your registration. Follow this link to complete validation and continue your onboarding process.
If you chose to sign up via Google or Apple, follow the steps on your screen to complete the connection to your Blossom account.
