If you want to block your Blossom charging card, for example, if it’s lost or stolen, follow the steps below:

Open the Blossom app on your smartphone and click on the 'Profile' icon in the bottom-right corner.

Select 'My Charging Card'.

In this screen, choose 'Block your charging card'.

Select a reason for blocking the card and press 'Block your charging card'.

A new charging card will automatically be sent to you by mail.You don’t need to take any further action.
