Help with setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) on the Blossom Fleet Dashboard

To enhance the security of the Blossom Fleet Dashboard, two-factor authentication (2FA) is mandatory for all accounts with access to the platform.

With 2FA, you don’t just log in with your password — you also confirm your identity through an authenticator app on your smartphone.

What do I need?

An authenticator app of your choice on your smartphone, for example:

Google Authenticator

Microsoft Authenticator

Authy

How do I set up 2FA?

When 2FA is enabled for your account, a setup screen will automatically appear the moment you log in to the Blossom Fleet Dashboard.

  • Log in to the Blossom Fleet Dashboard.

  • You will automatically see the screen to activate two-factor authentication.

  • Open your authenticator app on your smartphone.

  • In the app, choose the option Add account or Set up new code.

  • Scan the QR code displayed on the Blossom Fleet Dashboard.

  • Your authenticator app will now generate a 6-digit verification code.

  • Enter this code on the Blossom Fleet Dashboard to confirm the link.

  • 2FA is now active for your account.

What happens on your next login?

Each time you log in after that:

  • Enter your email address and password as usual.

  • Open your authenticator app.

  • Enter the current 6-digit code shown in the app.

What if I lose my device or can’t access my authenticator app?

If you no longer have access to your authenticator app, please contact Blossom Support at [email protected]. They will help you regain access to your account.
