When an employee moves to a new address, there are two possible scenarios.
In both cases, we require technical information about the new address.
Therefore, the employee must always complete the onboarding process again.
Scenario 1: The employee takes the existing home charger
Submit a new request:
Go to Employee → Information → Charging point and request a new, additional charging point.
Onboarding:
The employee will receive a new invitation to complete the onboarding process.
Hardware selection:
The employee chooses exactly the same hardware type as at the old location.
Adding comments:
In the comments field in the last step of the onboarding process, the employee states that this concerns a relocation of existing hardware and can add any extra requests, such as installation on a pole instead of wall mounting.
Processing:
We review the information and contact the fleet manager and/or employee if additional details need to be discussed.
Quotation:
Both parties receive a quotation for approval.
Scenario 2: The employee leaves the home charger behind
Submit a new request:
Go to Employee → Information → Charging point and request a new, additional charging point.
Onboarding:
The employee will receive a new invitation to complete the onboarding process.
Hardware selection:
The employee chooses the hardware of their choice for the new location.
Quotation:
Both parties receive a quotation for approval.
After installation and relocation:
We disconnect the home charger at the employee’s old address.
Important:
The onboarding process must always be completed in full, even when relocating existing hardware.
Providing accurate and complete information will help avoid delays in installation.
